Parish School is designed and priced specifically for Catholic schools PK-8. The family and individual database is designed to be shared with the Parish Office. This eliminates the duplication of imformation in the school and parish office. The individual record contains fields for sacramental information for students and parents. Attendance may be entered by single events in the main office or by roster in the classroom. The system automatically totals attendance and prints the information on the grade reports at the end of each grading period. You may set up as many Course Plans (report card formats) as you need with numerous options for grade types, comments, topics and formats.

EZ School is designed and priced specifically for private schools PK-8 with 300 or fewer students. The family and individual database is designed to reduce data input and provide quick access to family information. This design eliminates the duplication of information. The individual record contains fields for personal information for students and parents like phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Attendance may be entered by single events in the main office or by roster in the classroom. EZ School does not include grades but this feature may be added in the future. EZ School is for schools that are just beginning to automate and would like to phase in grades later or have a system for grades that they want to continue to use.
