The Classroom Attendance and Grade Entry option provides each teacher with their own login and password to access the menu to the left. Each instructor can only access the students assigned to their classes.
When the instructor clicks on the Enter Attendance button they get the screen to the left with only their homeroom students listed. All they have to do is un check the box beside the students name and change the code if it is different from the default code. When attendance is complete just check the Home Room Attendance Updated box and close the form.
The Lunch Count option adds the selection box for each student’s choice based on the current day’s menu items.
The instructor has several forms that they may select to enter grades. The form to the left lists the subject “Social Studies” At the top right and the topic or skill currently being graded directly above the roster. The instructor selects the grade from the drop down selection list and moves to the next student, topic and subject until all grades are entered.
