EZ School provides the foundation for new schools or schools that are just beginning to computerize the administrative systems to build on. EZ School provides all of the same functions as our DB/School Elementary except for grades and report card printing. This approach enables you to start with the basic functions of student and family demographics and attendance and then add other functions as you need them. This also helps keep the entry price affordable and allows you to pay for only the functions you need.

EZ to Get Started
We will ship you a new computer with our software PRE-INSTALLED and PRE-CONFIGURED! If you are currently doing paper reports just send us your student, parent and staff information in the spreadsheets we provide and we will PRE-LOAD your data! The system comes with master files built with default values. All you will have to do is unpack and set up the computer, connect it to your network or the internet and call our 800 number to schedule training. We can train you at your desk and on your schedule using the internet. Training is included and we will guide you through the system every step of the way. You will be an expert in no time and soon you will truly be on Easy Street .
EZ to Learn and Use
EZ School was developed in Microsoft Access. The interface is very intuitive for Windows users. It is easy to export data from any report in the system to other Office products like Word, Excel or Outlook.
EZ to Afford
EZ school is for schools with less than 300 students and is priced with that in mind. We have found that most of our customers like to start with the basic functions and add other features in later school years. This gives you the opportunity to only purchase the functions you are going to use today and spread the total cost over several budget years.
