The staff file has been expanded to include information on emergency contact and insurance information.
Staff attendance is entered directly into the members record. Just click on the blank line, fill in the data and go to the next person. When you have entered all of the transactions for the day just click the globe button at the top of the screen and all totals will be updated.
The reports preview to the screen before printing. When a report is on the screen you can easily change it to a Word document on an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the down arrow beside the Word/Excel button and selecting the application you want.
Another option is to right click on a report and select the Send to option to E-Mail the report to someone without ever having to print the report on paper!
Another option is to export data to Excel. Here we have selected the Family Rolladex Labels and have sent it to Excel. The screen is the Excel spreadsheet with the family information inserted into rows. You can add or delete columns or sort on any column. Anything you do in the spreadsheet does not change the data in your database. You can use this file for mailmerge, export to another program like Outlook or to print a custom report.
