The course offerings table is used to define the courses offered and their values.

The Master Schedule defines each section of each course and includes settings for time, room, instructor, maximum seats and days of the week.

The system will generate course request for required classes based on your selections. If you have 100 Freshmen who all have to take four required classes use the screen to the left to generate the request. This will prebuild a course request for each student with the four required classes requested.

You may schedule one student or all students in a scheduling run by selecting a range of student numbers. When a scheduling run has completed you may print the results reports, post the last run or save the run as a snapshot. You may save up to three snapshots and go back to the results of any of the three at any time.
