The counselor’s screen has an expanded view of the student record. The CY Grades tab displays the current years grades by quarter.

The CY Attendance and Grade Averages tab displays the current year attendance and discipline totals by quarter and the Grade averages by quarter.

The Grade History tab displays the GPA by quarter and attendance and discipline totals for each academic year the student has completed.

The course history file list details by academic year on every course.

The test scores tab has fields for 3 SAT attempts, 3 ACT attempts, PSAT, and AP scores.

The college file lets you store information on the colleges and contacts you work with.

The Applications by Student screen lets you see all of the schools to which the student has applied. To check the status of an application just click on the “detail” button and the application screen for that school will open.
