Alumni-Donor Database (optional)

The first screen of alumni information has basic information on the individual with several tabs for accessing additional information.

Just click on the tab to view more information on the individual.

A person may have any number of addresses and salutations.

If the member is a corporation or foundation the screen changes to format for entities.

The actions tab is used to schedule and record contacts with the member. There is a hot button to schedule actions in Outlook.

The Selection Wizard lets you build a query by simply clicking on critera options and entering in data. In this screen we are selecting both Individuals and Foundations in Louisville in the Zip code ranges from 40201 to 40299.

In the Alumni tab we have selected grads for the years from 1960 to 1970. The selection criteria is cumulative so you may make your query as broad or as focused as required.

When you have set the criteria click on the tool button to place the results of the query in a working file.

The printing tab uses the results file to print labels, mail merge letters using Word, print envelopes or print a report.
