You can manage any number of student activities and awards in the activities table. The items may be curricular or extra curricular and may be selected to print on the students transcript. If the student is a Governor’s Scholar in 2004 you can add the activity to the table.

The student activity form is used to enter students in activities each academic year. When the sponsor has a list of participating students for an activity this screen is used to add those students.

The activity roster can be printed by selecting the activity from the list. The roster prints officers for the organization.

The eligibility report is selected by activity and grading period. The eligibility criteria is set in each activities record in the activity table.

The activities by student report list all activities for a student in the current school year.

The career activities list all of the activities a student has participated in during prior school years.
