The system provides an easy way to set up courses for each grade. You may define the ID, name and up to fifteen grading topics for each course. You may also select a single grade with an instructor comment for a course.

A course plan defines a report card layout. You may define as many course plans as you need. You may use a course plan for several or all grades.

Grades may be entered directly into the system using the screen below or they may be downloaded from grade book software.

The grade report is printed on plain paper so there are no forms to buy. You may select to print 2 or three columns, notebook or legal size paper and comments and/or goals. The report “morphs” to fit the set up of each Course Plan. You may have one format for the entire school or multiple formats per grade.
